Clients receive up to 9 food visits this year ‘26 with at least 30 days between visits (Previously limited to 6 visits annually)

You must show proof of currently living in Clay County (except Orange Park)

  • How often can I receive food assistance if I’m homeless?

You can come every day, we serve Homeless individuals from any zip code

  • Do I need a referral to receive food assistance?

No, you don’t need a referral to receive food assistance if you live in the zip codes approved, but we do serve any individual from any zipcode if referred by any of our Churches on our referral form or on Church Letterhead.

  • I’m a social worker, can I receive food assistance?

We serve county/school social workers.

  • What do I need to receive food assistance?

  • Fill out a simple form at front desk

  • ID / Driver License with Current Address (or Lease, Bank Statement, Electric Bill, or correspondence)
